Not only did he make me feel like family within seconds, he truly listened to me and the rest is history. The following day, I received a message that I was approved to have a QX 50 and was completely blown away as I never had an SUV or have been treated this way in a car dealership since I have been driving. Fast forward, I leased a QX50 and I couldn't be happier! Vincent O. Took his time with me and did everything to make me feel like family. He went above and beyond and instantly knew felt this connection . He is very professional, passionate, kind, accommodating and much more! I was in the market for a new car and I figured that for my 60th birthday I should treat myself to something really nice and after reading the reviews about the Infiniti QX60 I set out to see the car for myself. I first went to Infiniti of Lynbrook and test drove the QX60 and was hooked! The salesman was a gentleman, but wasn't allowed to meet the price I offered for the vehicle. I got a call from Mr. Quinn Mui from Infiniti of Manhasset and told him what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and he said that if I come to the dealership I would not be disappointed. The overall appearance of the dealership was impressive and from the time I entered the parking lot I was met by a valet who parked my vehicle making me feel like something really good was going to come out of this whole experience. After entering the dealership I was met with professionalism and courtesy by everyone I encountered. Everyone was helpful and directed me to where I could find my salesman. I was able to purchase the car for the price I was quoted without having to haggle any further as promised! Mr. Quinn Mui is a perfect gentleman and was very professional and respectful! Mr. Vinny Quenqua of the finance department helped me to make some good decisions about what he thought was best for me and I thank him for taking the time in helping me make those decisions. I had my first experience with the service department and I must say that it was the best experience I ever had with any service department over the years I've owned vehicles. Victor was my service tech and he took care of my concerns with my vehicle and went along with me on a test ride to see what I was concerned about and assured me that he would take care of the issue! My vehicle was promptly taken care of and returned to me after receiving a hand wash by the other staff member's of the service department. Best service department experience ever! Mr. Banks was engaging, professional, knowledgeable, and his warm spirit made my mother and I feel at ease. These are certainly the qualities all sales persons should possess. I also met the general manager Vincent Ortolani who was very personable and provided further support regarding my purchase. Mr. Ortolani and I have a commonality with our passion for social work. He was very instrumental in ensuring this social worker drove off in an Infiniti. This was the best experience hands down. All of the staff that I interacted with from the valets to the receptionist and the sales team were very supportive and helpful. Upon completing the documentation with Vincent in finance as I entered the show room I was serenaded by the sales team. What a pleasant surprise! Following the serenade I met Josia who provided me with hands on instructions in the vehicle. Josia was knowledgeable and provided assistance with setting up my phone to the Bluetooth. He was eager to show me the steps and repeated some things a few times as I am not very tech savvy. Before pulling off in my vehicle Shaun and Josia were kind enough to take pictures and made the experience even more eventful. If your looking for an Infiniti this is definitely a great place to purchase a vehicle. You will love the staff and the treatment you receive here.
