Service work was unexpected - radiator blew on way to work one morning. I had the car towed to this dealer, obviously without the usual appt, and was greeted friendly and sat me to down see what happened work one morning. I brought my Infiniti in for 7500 mile service, and the service staff gave great personalized service. They were quick to address any concerns I had on my vehicle, and took down the needed information and pictures to get the warranty repair approved. The dealership Service Dept was very prompt in notifying me that the part order had arrived and to make arrangements to install it. I went to Kuni Westside Infiniti to get the oil changed. They treated me like a king. I was surprised with their attention to detail. They looked over the car and found couple of items that I was unaware that needed fixing and even washed my car. As I was waiting, the owner, Andrew came out introduced himself. He's one of the nicest and interesting guys I've ever met. It's nice to have an Infiniti dealer close to my home in Mukilteo. More
