I went there for a warranty issue on my Infiniti QX60 (under 500 miles) I had moisture in Don’t go to this dealer for anything worst experience ever! I went there for a warranty issue on my Infiniti QX60 (under 500 miles) I had moisture in the driver side head light I noticed 3 days after I got the car. I brought the car there for service the service advisor (David Irace) said that they needed to remove the front bumper to access the headlight then told me that the headlight was cracked due to impact on the car and that the manufacturer warranty didn’t cover it. Since I declined to pay for a new headlight they charged me $361 for labor and messed up my front bumper putting it back on. I then called consumer affairs and they referred me to another Infiniti dealer which they checked everything and found no signs of impact on the car and replaced the headlight at no charge. Don’t go to this dealer!!!! More

Either a Rip off to customer or not Knowledgeable This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with,( service department) service writer Leon is not Knowledgeable or is just trying to rip customers off. This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with,( service department) service writer Leon is not Knowledgeable or is just trying to rip customers off. my car was miss diagnosed because of the high cost my warranty did not cover their labor rate quotes. My independent shop that were reasonable rates perform the recommended service by the dealer and that did not resolve my issue ( knowing I have it in writing what I went in for) they never looked at what I asked for. Manager Joseph was not helpful either these guys are a rip off. I took in for noise on front end - they told me it's coming from transfer case (almost 3K Job) warranty company had another company replaced the transfer case at their facility cost issues... that did not resolved my issue still noise form from front end called them to let them know that they miss diagnosed my car and they never checked my wheel bearing that I specifically asked for that and was not done. Manager Joseph was not even trying to help ( Rude) when i spoke to him. More
"GREAT ATTENTION AND DETAIL" I had a great overall experience with the dealership. The employees are friendly and attentive. I bought a used Sport SUV which I absolutely fell in love with when I saw it. It was mint except for a few minor flecks in the paint in a couple spots on the rear quarter panel. I had to drop the car off for a registration from the dealership and they gave me a loaner, I asked if while it was there if the car could be touched up in the area where the imperfections of the paint were and Scott Gallo told me he'd take care of it. When I got the vehicle back the paint was completely redone instead of "touched up" in the area on the quarter panel, and the car looked like it just came out of the showroom. I wasn't expecting anything more than a touch up I told Scott and he said to me "Are you kidding me? I'm going to take care of you." The entire staff the minute you step through the door makes you feel comfortable. The receptionist got coffee for me and the new showroom on Sunrise Highway is gorgeous. This is my second experience with a used Infinity and this dealership and I Highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a quality used luxury vehicle where the company stands behind their product CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! (and I have to also thank NJERI, FABIAN AND CHRISTINE for your help!) Thanks again SCOTT! More
Service I had to return my car for minor repairs from when I purchased the vehicle. The manager Scott promised that we would set up a date when I was available and the work would be done. So I dropped the car off to the dealership and Scott set up a loaner car. By the time I reached my destination I received a phone call that the work was already finished. Scott is a man of his word, he said that they were not any problems and everything would be fixed to my liking. That is exactly how my car was returned. Looking forward to doing business with Scott in the Future. More

The loaner they had for me was totally out of gas. Then it took half an hour to send someone for gas because he decided to do another errand. More

Excellent service I purchased a new 2016 Qx50 in November at Pepe Infiniti, where I had purchased my previous Infiniti. The car had an annoying vibration when it went I purchased a new 2016 Qx50 in November at Pepe Infiniti, where I had purchased my previous Infiniti. The car had an annoying vibration when it went into idle at a stoplight. It also had a vibration in the steering wheel between 60-65mph. I returned to Pepe a month after purchase. The mechanic assigned to me, Fernando, took it out for a test drive and informed me that it was because I wasn't using premium fuel . When I told him I was, he said only Mobil or Shell premium would do ! What BS ! I brought the car to Lynbrook for 5000 mi service last week. Dave Irace listened to my story, promised to do all he could, gave a me a loaner too . The idle air volume was adjusted and all 4 tires needed balancing , the car drives like it should now. How Pepe prepped a car and delivered it with unbalanced tires is beyond me. So much for paying a "prep fee". More
