Fabien has been my Service Manager since 2006 and his word has "Value." I trust his honest opinion-there is no exaggeration on time, cost- whatever--it is. Never once has it not been what he said. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE LOOK AT IT. AS I WAS LEAVING, HE GAVE MED THE FEEDBACK FROM THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAD TIGHTENED SOME OF THE BOLTS AND SCREWS AND THEN THEY COULDN'T HEAR THE RATTLING ANY MORE. More

Tobin has been our service provider for our 2006 G35 since we purchased it. Fabian Perez, our service manager, has been more than helpful. Mr. Hern frequently goes out of his way to care for my car; in spite of having received less than stella department, specifically that of Daryl Hern.
