I recently took a cross country trip from New York to California, when along the way I started experiencing what appeared to be braking issues with my 2007, G35. I had my brakes done not that long ago, and didn't expect there to be any issues with them at all. I also noticed the "passenger airbag off" light, going on and off. I stopped in the Towbin Infiniti dealership while in Las Vegas, to have my vehicle's safety concerns checked out. However I forgot to mention the situation with the airbag. Brian was extremely respectful, courteous, and diligent while working on my car. He explained in great detail the issue with my brakes, before making the repair. He then thoroughly went through my vehicle, and to my relief, discovered the problem with the airbag. I continued on my trip, and made it home with no further issues. I would like to thank Brian Parker, and Infiniti for their great service. More

I am very pleased with my experince at Towbin Infinity. Their service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also didn't feel like I was being ripped off as I have in the past while at other Their service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have used Brian as my service advisor for several years, having first met him when he was with Planet Nissan, in Las Vegas. Brian is the ultimate professional. He is extremely knowledgable, diligent, hardworking and he tells you the truth. Hard to find in this day and age. I'm 56 years old, own three vehicles and have a lot of experience with car dealers and service departments etc... When you find someone great you stay with them. At least we do. More
