Deanna Gamez was one of the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant salespeople with which I have dealt. When she needed assistance from a manager, he was agressive without being offensive. The only negatives were regarding service information and documentation. During negotiation,I went to the Service area and inquired about the price of an oil change and any major service requirements and received quotes with which I felt comfortable. When I got to the Finance agent, she showed me the "benefits" of pre-paid maintenance in comparison to paying for each item individually. The chart she used showed an oil change figure that was 3 times what I had been quoted. She called a service manage and confirmed thatI had been given misinformation. To their credit, management agreed to honor the quote I had been given and agreed to my request to have it in writing and added to my customer record. As far as documentation, the only negative was time. From the moment I agreed to the purchase, it was one hour and forty-five minutes before I was able to drive off the lot. The Finance agent was professional and courteous and once I got in front of her the process took about 20 minutes. It was the 80 minute wait between "yes" and sitting down with doucuments that was almost inexplicable. Overall, the experience was good and I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Deanna when you arrive - you won't be disappointed. More
Work with Tony he is awesome!! We went to Vegas from ND! SWEET DEALERSHIP! The finance lady was also great and made me feel really comfortable even though I was signing a million papers. I trust my salesman Paul Allen III and the staff at Infiniti more than any other dealership I've ever bought a car from in Las Vegas. He could have pushed to sell me a car that was much higher than the Infiniti more than any other dealership I've ever bought a car from in Las Vegas. I found Tobin Infiniti, and Jeremy especially, great to deal with. They made it very easy to get the car I wanted (a new and rare package) at a very competitive price. Impressively, they made the financing deal with. They made it very easy to get the car I wanted (a new and rare package) at a very competitive price. Impressively, they made the financing work even after one of the credit agencies had an error on my report which should have prevented me from getting the best finance rate. What was especially valuable for me was that they did an amazing job of reducing the amount I owed on returning my previous leased Infiniti. I would thoroughly recommend Tobin Infiniti and Infiniti cars in general. A pleasure to deal with. More

Then when I called to follow up and schedule an appointment it was made immediatlely. I went down and met with Tony and showed me the vehicles in my price range and walked me through the differences and options of each. The knowledge of the staff, and level of customer service was suprising as I have had some pretty horrific experiences at some other dealerships (Audi for one) Tony was able to work with me and get me into an amazing car even with difficult circumstances (mainly my credit, or lack there of...) To sum up, it was a very positive experience in a retail market that has lost touch with real 'customer service' and I would recommend this dealership and it's staff to anyone without hesitation! More
