My experience with Tobin Infiniti was positive primarily because of Diane Casiello and Jeremy Christiansen. Diane was the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesperson. She was not aggressive, obnoxious because of Diane Casiello and Jeremy Christiansen. Diane was the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesperson. While Diane piqued my interest in a new car, Jeremy Christiansen was who closed the deal. He was able to establish a quick rapport with me, was able to bring me numbers within my budget and the result is that I wound up with an upgrade from the car I was originally looking at. If Ms. Cassiello, Mr. Christiansen and the other employees with whom I had dealings are representative of the Towbin automobile dealerships in Las Vegas, then I have just become a loyal customer and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Like many folks these days we needed the best offer possible. Diane was warm in her greeting, patient with us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us get that deal.
