Oil change took to long.. Went in for an oil change one morning. I was told that it will take about little over an hour to change the oil so I chose to do it. Turned the keys to a service guy at exactly 9:30am. Went to a lounge or waiting room and waited and waited and waited.... At 1040am or so, same employee comes back and says that while he goes and gets the car, I should settle my bill if I wish to. It was good idea so why not. He comes back almost 15 minutes later and says that they are washing the car and it should be here shortly. He brought the car back at 11:15am. So it took 105 minutes to change oil only....really!!! Now I only have my car serviced at Infinity of Hoffman and know that I'm getting a great value, excellent service at a great price. Thanks to the team there at Infinity of Hoffman. Only a year away from a new car which I plan on buying at Hoffman Infinity. More

My wife borrowed my car as I needed her truck for the day. Go figure, she gets a flat on I-90 right after RT31 toll plaza going toward Chicago. She calls me in a panic and several calls ensue.... As I am looking to find someone to get out there quickly to help her (I couldnt quickly), she calls me back. She tells me some guy from Infiniti stopped and changed her tire..... What are the odds? Lil help please Though I live in the city and had purchased my 2010 Infiniti FX35 from a private seller, I happened to be driving by Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and p Though I live in the city and had purchased my 2010 Infiniti FX35 from a private seller, I happened to be driving by Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and pulled in to pick up floor mat clip, very simple and pleasant experience and simple to replace, easy peasy. I've had my car for a year and just enjoyed driving it so much that I didn't mind that I was having trouble figuring out the Bluetooth and and Navigation, so I stopped by the front desk and asked if somebody could give me an idea and point me in the right direction. Sales Consultant, Tony Guzman, was already holding the door open for me, as he said lets go to your car. We got in the car and in about 30 seconds, bluetooth was set up and I had navigation under control (the secret is just use the voice commands, she tells you everything, ha) Then Tony takes another 10 minutes showing me a bunch of other things on the car, that will come in handy. Though I felt a knucklehead not already knowing some of these things, Tony had the attitude like, no worries man. He knows his stuff thats for sure and loves his product. Good guy for sure.
