I had to wait close to 1/2 hour before I was helped. Once someone began to check me in was told I could not use the motor Werks gift card. Was told to go to Motor Werks in Barrington. Kira K has been my service representative for my last 3 appointments over the last 1.5 years. I find her always to be knowledgeable, responsive, yet never pushy. She even identified service that was covered under an extended warranty, which could easily have been overlooked. Bad Dealership Recommendation I purchased a car from the Infiniti of Hoffman Estates on March 2019. The reason why I chose Infiniti is per recommendation from my mom and watching h I purchased a car from the Infiniti of Hoffman Estates on March 2019. The reason why I chose Infiniti is per recommendation from my mom and watching her interaction with the Infiniti Dealerships the service level at the Naperville office was awesome plus the car was great. I decided I wanted to continue with Infiniti car and purchase my first car. Hoffman Estate was one of the few dealerships that offered the car I wanted to purchase. Q60 sport in black. Unfortunately., 2 months after I purchased the car, I was rear ended on the highway by a hit and run driver. I contacted Inifiniti for a recommendation of a repair shop. I spoke with Angela who recommended Chris at BNC Qualty auto body. I contacted them for repair estimate and time. I was quoted 10 days for repair. Since then, there have been multiple delays in service, my insurance only covers 30 days. I called Infiniti and spoke with Dave (Service Manager) and let him know that BNC is over the estimated time by 100% and if there is anything they could do to help as I will be without a car to get to work. I spoke with Tim (Sales Rep) about a loaner who said he could get me one, the day I showed up for the loaner Tim led me to Dave (The service manager) who again vouched for the quality of service at BNC. On Saturday 6/15/2019 I had my mom drive me up to the dealership and after waiting almost 1 hour, I was told there is nothing Schaumburg could do to help and my trip and time was all for nothing. This was disappointing as I wasted my time and my mothers. I am still without my car as it has been 32 days since my accident. No good responses from BNC and Infiniti can do nothing. I am paying for a rental out of pocket at the moment. I am writing because post sale service experience has been not so pleasant. I was given the run around and no one is being helpful, they treated the situation with no priority whatsoever. This is not what I expected based on seeing my mother's experience with the Naperville location. I wanted to write you as I valued your expertise when recommendation a auto body repair and wanted to communicate my dissatisfaction with the post events, if this ever happens again Infiniti will lose a family of loyal customers !!!! More
