My only issue that I have is that I have a 2019 Q50 with no ding until I completed the service. I try to keep my car clean and immaculate, but disappointed that it didn’t stay that way. This dealership was amazing. I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon. Jimmy & Carlo were able to get me a loaner and my car was ready the following Tuesday even though parts had to be ordered.
