Terrible experience. The employees walk around with no masks. Except for outside, there is no place to feel Covid-safe there. The gentleman in service was great - nothing but high marks for him. I can't Ziegler Infiniti enough. It was an emergency close to closing time after an accident . Arriving only a few minutes until closing, the staff accepted my car which had been damaged in an accident close to closing time after an accident . Bill Neuman put me at ease, even improvising a form to get the needed info to the service department manager ! Carlo Alvar promptly called as was promised when the dealership opened again on Monday morning. From there out, he and his team assessed, and advised on the repairs needed. The work was completed quickly and was quality work. All in all a great experience! More

I scheduled an appointment with Infiniti dealership of Hoffman Estates on Tuesday September 8th, 2020 at 1:00 pm to see if an intermittent fueling difficulty problem related to a warranty extension issue Hoffman Estates on Tuesday September 8th, 2020 at 1:00 pm to see if an intermittent fueling difficulty problem related to a warranty extension issue I was notified of related to a clog in the evaporative emission vapor tube. Some kind of vacuum/pressure testing was done but no problem was found. I paid $70 for the diagnostic testing. Total time at dealership, about two hours. Multipoint inspection was done for brakes, tire tread, etc. with no charge. More
