I brought my car in to have the 3 year old battery replaced. I brought it here because I got the last battery here (Infinity of Hoffman) and did not want to lose any of my memory settings. That was replaced. I brought it here because I got the last battery here (Infinity of Hoffman) and did not want to lose any of my memory settings. That was a mistake. Much to my surprise and huge disappointment, all my settings were lost when they got finished. I even mentioned my concerns about the memory settings when I made the appointment. Certainly not what I expected. I will find another dealer for future service needs. More
