When I scheduled my appointment, the person taking my call was cheerful and was very helpful. When dropping my car- it took several minutes for someone to come and talk to me. When I came to pick up my car - I checked in at the cashier first. She seemed to be bothered and was very snotty when my paperwork was not there. When my car was finally brought up by James - he was very pleasant. Made time to go over an issue and you could tell he cared about his job. More
I've been taking my wife's truck to Infiniti for many years. This visit was however very disappointing. We are in the middle of a pandemic and front employees have no regard for health and safety. THIS IS A BUSINESS AND NOT YOUR PERSONAL HOME! Take your political stance somewhere else. That is the ONLY reason why anyone in this deadly pandemic would think it's okay to walk around without a mask. The ladies in the front (the two cashiers) are a disgrace! There were at least 7 other employees, walking around without masks as well. As a paying customer I expect the highest safety precautions taken at a business. I'm disgusted and disappointed. More

Sad that it is no longer part of the motorwerks brand. I’m happy that some of the staff was retained at this location. I have had very pleasant dealings with motowerks and had excellent experience yesterd I’m happy that some of the staff was retained at this location. Atmosphere is just different than what Ive experienced at other luxury dealerships. More
