If I didn’t know better I would have thought this service was fine. I’m accustomed to the OUTSTANDING service I receive in Palm Springs at the dealership there. By comparison, this was very mediocre. My general feeling was that the employees may not be treated that well and thus they are lax in how they treat the customers. When I pulled up, the service rep let me stand there and wait before coming out to my car. I wasn’t sure if I was to go inside or he was going to come out. When my car was finished I went up to the cashier who was practically laying down in her chair as if she was trying to nap. I was actually concerned that she wasn’t feeling well, which with Covid concerns made me feel a bit nervous about interacting with her. She did not have my paperwork and called the service guy who didn’t respond. I texted him since he had texted me to say my car was done and being washed. He then brought the paperwork and said they had t washed it yet. He asked if I wanted it washed. I told him I bought a luxury car to get luxury car service. So he said he’d have it washed. I waited about 10 minutes. Still no car. I had to go back in and the cashier (once again sprawled out in her chair as if to get in a nap) called him again. He said he’d make sure they washed it QUICKLY. About 15 more minutes later I got the car. He did apologize for the wait. More

This was my second time at this dealership and I am impressed with the level of their service. First was a regular oil change so nothing complicated but the second time around we came in for a replacem impressed with the level of their service. First was a regular oil change so nothing complicated but the second time around we came in for a replacement of a foggy headlight. I was supposed to wait while they do the work but Austin explained it was taking a little longer than expected and they offered to give me a ride somewhere. They took me back to the place of my choice and after the work was completed they brought my car back to me. It was so nice of them! I got to spend the day with my family instead of sitting around waiting for the job to be completed. Thank you again Austin! More
