Vehicle was finished a day after it was promised. Part was not ordered as requested. Part was not installed as requested. Communication was terrible. Actually yelled at via text for inquiring about status was not ordered as requested. Part was not installed as requested. Communication was terrible. Actually yelled at via text for inquiring about status. Then no response to further inquiries. Bill Archibald was excellent. He ended up smoothing things out. I was supposed to be charged cost for the part that was order. Could buy it cheaper on line. More

Trevor was fantastic. In dealing with another Infiniti dealership over the past 5 years, this was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I could not be happier.
