Amazing Customer Service and Patience! After viewing a few models I came across a vehicle being sold at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates, it was a used Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L. Walter Watts After viewing a few models I came across a vehicle being sold at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates, it was a used Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L. Walter Watts Sales Consultant was great. He reached out to me immediately and informed me the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He kept me updated with the status as it took me a few days to get in. Once I arrived he had the vehicle ready for me to inspect and test drive. Of course I choose the first day of a big snow storm in Chicago and well was very surprise on how well the car handled during the test drive and great time to do it. The vehicle was in great condition and with low MILES! After the test drive Walter brought me back to his office and we were able to come to a deal. Nina Gewargis was able to give me information on paint protection plans which I decided to purchase. Financing Manager Ryan Durso was so helpful and he was able to provide me with a great warranty program and additional services at a good price. As of now I love my new car. The process continued to go well and I felt very comfortable with Steve and the professional appearance of the dealership. Overall, the experience was great for buying a used car here. Even though the dealership was approximately 60 minutes from my home, it was the best price and choice for me. Steven called me a few days later and let me know they had a 2nd key available and I received it a few days later. The only issue was with follow up by Anthony Guzman. I left him a message on his voice mail. I also gave Steven a message to forward him since he never returned my calls. Since I paid $2,320 for a 2 year warranty and had no information about it, I had some questions. Thanks, Jeff More
