I went over there to check out what looked like a Q50 Sport for a Q50 base price. Turned out they had wrong pictures for the vehicle and couldn't sell it for the price listed in the ad, even though an additional discount was offered. I ended up buying a different vehicle from them, and that process was very smooth. The prices were outstanding, as they were clearing out left-over brand new 2016 vehicles in early 2018. Jimmy Nguyen handled my transaction, and he went above and beyond to keep my business. The dealership is currently not a part of the 'Drive' program, and salespeople have to physically go to local insurance agencies and DMV to register a vehicle. There were also a few communication difficulties as emails were getting lost en route and voicemails not getting delivered as the dealership was switching providers. More
