I own two infinitis and I have been taking them here for service since 2016. If there is a problem They will fix it. I'm mostly always satisfied with my vehicles care and if I'm unable to fix everything at service since 2016. If there is a problem They will fix it. Nothing but a positive experience I've had. I drive over an hour to get there when there is one closer to me. I'm treated with dignity and respect. More

Best Customer Service Ever I was in town visiting and my brakes went out. After a terrible experience at another dealership, I went to Infiniti of Gwinnett and hands downs this I was in town visiting and my brakes went out. After a terrible experience at another dealership, I went to Infiniti of Gwinnett and hands downs this was some of the best service I have ever received with a car dealership. Charles was my service adviser and his level of care, concern and customer service exemplified the Infiniti brand. He understood that I could not wait and immediately got me into a loaner. I was in and out within 10 minutes. He called me and advised me of the additional issues with my brakes and without question because his service made me comfortable I had no issue with paying. He really turned around a terrible experience I was having and didn't even know it. Upon return, I informed Charles of the other dealership that was horrible and how he was amazing not even knowing that I had just had a bad experience. Genuine by nature and absolutely an asset to this team. Oh and it was a bonus to see young faces working for such a prestigious brand and representing it with integrity and respect. Charles was my service adviser and Junior was my valet and both gave me the best customer service ever received from a dealership. More
