Best experience unexpected So I'm here because my Infiniti M35 has been giving me problems lately and I could sense it was in need of some serious repairs -they give me a lo So I'm here because my Infiniti M35 has been giving me problems lately and I could sense it was in need of some serious repairs -they give me a loaner Q70s because the service department is backed up, NO CHARGE. I receive a call the next morning from Jeff Edge telling me the grocery list of issues, I'm in a panick. I come by at lunch, we have a small convo that leads to, I need a new car. I don't know what awesome magic Nasira whipped up to cause her manager Joana to take an interest in my special case, but these ladies are AMAZING. This dynamic duo worked magic to get me into a brand new 2016 Q50 for a VERY reasonable price considering, it's Infiniti! -great service -courteous staff -honest advice -real logic with decision -the best xxxx dealership I've visited. Did I mention they asked about my military affiliation before I could even ask about military incentives?! Loved it! More

My wife called the service department on the way to have her battery looked at that they installed 3 years ago. She asked if there was any way she could get a loaner ready as my daughter was sick with breathing problems and needed to go the Children’s Health Care right down the road. This is a standard service offered by Infiniti. They promptly informed her not to worry about coming to the dealership they would meet her at Children’s with a loaner vehicle and that our daughter was top priority. Upon my wife’s arrival, they didn’t even bother bringing a loaner the service tech brought a battery for her QX56 and changed it in the parking lot, all free of charge under the battery’s 84-month warrantee. The Best of the Best I am currently the proud owner of my sixth Infiniti and in that time I have dealt with probably 10 Infiniti dealerships, and I consider their cars and I am currently the proud owner of my sixth Infiniti and in that time I have dealt with probably 10 Infiniti dealerships, and I consider their cars and service the best available. However at Gwinnett, which I drive an hour and a half to get to, demonstrates service that is a step above the other Infiniti dealerships. 1st oil change experience I got my car form this dealership and because my 1st experience was great i came back for my 1st oil change, even though its not that close to me. Ov I got my car form this dealership and because my 1st experience was great i came back for my 1st oil change, even though its not that close to me. Over all my experience was great. The service department was very welcoming and extremely efficient. I was offered coffee and other beverages, I was shown the newest models and time flew by. The next thing you know is that i'm driving off in a clean car. Definitely coming back for my next oil change! More

helped us like family We visited the Atlanta/Gwennett area for shopping,...our clapped out old FX35 died,...we managed to nurse it to the service dept.,...Harvey realized o We visited the Atlanta/Gwennett area for shopping,...our clapped out old FX35 died,...we managed to nurse it to the service dept.,...Harvey realized our miserable situation,...he diagnosed and repaired our FX and got us back on the road in about 110 minutes,...remember, the car was a 2004 and we bought it in Huntsville, AL,...there can only be one reason for them taking care of a couple of oldsters like us,...the folks at Infiniti of Gwinnett are just plain good caring people,...we will buy our next Infiniti over there at Gwennett,...You should too!
