What can I say, so awesome. Simple process from start to finish. Answered all of my questions, salesmen were nice, knowledgable, and were able to work with us. A decent place. Steve Pennamen was the car salesman - he was a fair guy and was upfront and honest about most things. I got a 2010 FX 35. I liked dealing with him. I'd suggest asking for him if you choose to go to this place. I was not made to wait and was done in about 3 hours including test driving both the G sedan and the FX 35. More
I have purchased three vehicles from Infiniti of Gwinnett. All have been superior vehicles. The sales people are always so nice and friendly and not your typical "car salesmen". I liked their att Gwinnett. All have been superior vehicles. The sales people are always so nice and friendly and not your typical "car salesmen". I am so pleased with my used car/previously owned purchase from Infiniti of Gwinnett. My wife's 2008 Journey is everything she wanted. (We also purchased an Infiniti QX4 SUV in 2001.) The price wa purchase from Infiniti of Gwinnett. My wife's 2008 Journey is everything she wanted. (We also purchased an Infiniti QX4 SUV in 2001.) The price was great, very competitive and fair. I have brought my wife's Journey and my QX4 in for regular maintenence and the staff in the service department have all been very professional and courteous. I like knowing I can rely on Infiniti of Gwinnett for their consistently friendly and respectful customer service, their great pricing & deals, and I just like they way they treated me and my wife. Thank you! More
Sales experience was okay. Not great because the dealer told me in an aggressive tone that they don't discount their pricing the first day. Then he completely contradicted himself the next day which led m told me in an aggressive tone that they don't discount their pricing the first day. Then he completely contradicted himself the next day which led me to wonder about their honesty. When we showed up to sign the paperwork on the deal, it turned out there was a warranty issue that needed to be fixed on the car. So delivery was delayed. When we finally took delivery of the car, several issues arose: 1)Dealer was busy with another customer and kept us waiting for a long time despite the fact that we had made an appointment to pick up the car. 2) The battery was flat and he had to jump start it to get us going. 3) It only had one key (it was a 1 year old pre-owned). They never told us there was a key missing although they say they provide a minimum of one key in their fine print on the sticker. In fairness we did not ask. 4) The car had not been washed and had rain marks on the outside, and the interior was not cleaned properly (there was dirt in the center console, and grease on the floor). I still have to take this car to a detailer to get it cleaned properly. When I asked for a second key they said no despite the fact that they had not told us up front. When I offered to buy a second key if they would program the key for free they said no also. I mentioned to the manager I was not feeling satisfied. He would still not budge, not even to program the key for free (a service task which wouldn't cost them any parts, and which my Lexus dealer offers for free anyway). It amazes me that they would rather save a few bucks than have a happy customer. While the fine print means they don't have to give me a second key, I was disappointed that they weren't up front about it, and I am astonished that they didn't do anything to compensate for the dirty car, the battery being flat and the sales person not being available at the agreed time is surprising to me. So after buying a 1 year old car for a lot of money from an Infiniti Dealer, I am now paying out for a second key and detailing it to clean condition. Not what I would have expected. The service department at this dealership is excellent. The sales department I will never buy from again. At the end of the day, I was left with the impression that they did not care about this customer. More
I went to this dealership for their vast inventory and advertise interest rate of %2.9 on pre-owned certified Infiniti's. After exhaustive selection, I had narrowed it down to a *2006* M car, when it advertise interest rate of %2.9 on pre-owned certified Infiniti's. After exhaustive selection, I had narrowed it down to a *2006* M car, when it came down to making the purchase, I was told that they DO NOT budge from price and I would have to pay $1000 for certification for the basic warranty/certification in order to get the %2.9 finance rate OR I could spend $1,500 for a 'real' bumper to bumper. I then asked for a $1,000 price reduction to offset this cost (at this time I had a trade in car title and a CHECK in hand!), and after waiting 20 minutes, my salesperson advises me (in a condescending tone) that the sales manager would only give a price reduction of $100. What REALLY irritated me about this experienmce is that the lot was OVERFILLED with 06-08 cars in mid SEPTEMBER of 08. I literally had to walk OFF the lot to see some of the cars I wanted to chose from. Keep in mind this was on a 2006 model in late 2008!! I WOULD NOT ever deal with this dealership. The products (and selection) are GREAT, the PRICES are marginal, the ATTITUDE of sales management is HORRIBLE!! More
This dealer has always been a pleasure to deal with, particularly the Internet Sales team. They are low pressure and really will give you the best offer they can the first time around with rare exception. They will also take their time with you and work almost exclusively online if that works for you. I just got back today from looking at some pre-owned M35's which I DID NOT purchase, but I have bought from them before with nearly the entire transaction and paperwork done online. As with most dealerships, watch the high pressure from the finance manager on the backend. Overall a very good experience throughout the years. More
