I want to thank Mark Preston and the GM (Neil Turry) at Infiniti of Gwinnett for being transparent on a matter they could have easily denied. The situation showed me that they truly care about the customers and I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Infiniti of Gwinnett as long as that management is in place.
