Excellent CPO Vehicle and Buying Experience!! I purchased a CPO 2012 Infiniti EX35 from Flemington Infiniti about 3 months ago and I must say I am extremely happy with my purchase! I highly recomm I purchased a CPO 2012 Infiniti EX35 from Flemington Infiniti about 3 months ago and I must say I am extremely happy with my purchase! I highly recommend the folks from Flemington Infiniti (Alex Mayer in particular) since they provide an excellent product, an excellent service, and above all, great pricing! The vehicle is in excellent condition and its performance is superb, especially now in winter time when you can truly appreciate all of its integrated driving safety features (AWD, ABS, Snow mode, etc.) What's special about Flemington is that not only they performed the CPO inspection on the vehicle but they also installed new brake pads and did the 30,000 mile service on the vehicle prior to putting the vehicle for sale. Regarding service, Alex was extremely professional, soft spoken, and knowledgable of the vehicle he was selling. I went to several dealers prior to purchasing this car and I must say that my experience was by far the best one of all. Regarding pricing, I was surprised to find out that even their initial offer was reasonable and considered a good deal by both KBB and NADA. Our final negotiation was certainly a very good deal so as you can imagine I walked out with the vehicle that same day. I waited a few months prior to writing this review to make sure I had no regrets and I must say that as of this date I have none!! More

He then introduced us to Howard Kletter, his manager, and Howard bent over backwards to find a solution that worked for us. We probably drove both men crazy as we explored all kinds of solutions to our problems. They allowed us to do quick test drives with no pressure and George even came back on his day off just to make sure we got the service we wanted as we made several trips to make up our mind. George knew all the pros and cons of each choice and really listened to our family needs. On test drives he really helped us determine what we liked and disliked about each car. There was never any pressure. We felt he was on our team to help us solve our problem. Howard jumped in as well to really give us a solid feeling about our options for purchase, financing, extended warranties. I've purchased more than 20 cars in my life from car dealers. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. We looked for cars at more than five dealers but kept coming back to George and Howard at Flemington Infinity. They just did their jobs so well and made us feel like we got fair, honest, helpful support. We ended up buying two used cars from them on the same day. George even coordinated the sale between two of the affiliated dealerships to make sure we got the cars we wanted. When it came time to close the deal their finance managers got everything put together quickly. This is a moment in a sale where I usually get annoyed with all the extra upset and finance final push. Not so at Flemington Infinity and the neighboring Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep offices. Everything was in it's place and we closed the deal on both cars in 30 minutes total out the door. We have more drivers in the family getting their licenses soon. We will definitely be back. Thank you George and Howard. You really pulled through for us and we're very happy. After explaining to him the type of vehicle I was interested in he quickly showed me the inventory that met MY needs. Once we found a suitable car, we worked on the price and I got a very good finance. The only way the experience could have been better is if the car was free! Not only did I get a car I absolutley LOVE but I got a great deal too. The showroom is comfortable and Alex Mayer made me feel very welcome. Alex introduced me to everyone at the dealership we walked by, and each of them seemed genuinely interested in meeting me. Alex listened to my needs and did not pressure me when I initially told him I was looking at several different Brands. He found a car on the lot for me, took me for a test drive, and patiently answered ever question I had about it. Most importantly, Alex as well as David in finance made the whole buying process simple and easy which was wonderful because my past car buying experiences have been lengthy and stressful. Not here!
