My husband and I enjoyed our interactions with Eddie and the entire sales team who worked to make the process as painless as possible (without the overbearing salesmanship you often find with car dealerships.) If I had to cite an area of opportunity, it would be streamlining the paperwork process. We submitted lots of information prior to "the day" but still had to wait nearly 4 hours to finalize the deal. Everyone was friendly and accommodating during the wait, which made it bearable. That wait was the only "blemish" in an otherwise stellar experience. Thanks! And, I love my new car!!! More

In this case the reverse is true. Let me start by saying I have purchased my fair share of new vehicles and most recently my first Certified Pre Owned vehicle, a G37x from Flemington Infiniti. Much to my delight the atmosphere is very pleasant and not at all pushy. All involved were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. My sales consultant, Allen Conklin treated me with the utmost respect, taking the time to answer every question I had even when he thought I was not going to purchase the vehicle. That was enough for me to want to make a purchase at this dealership. Howard Kletter the CPO Manager was honest, up front and went out of his way to work with me when quoting the "best price" the first time (I asked for a no nonsense quote), which was GREATLY appreciated. David Younan who handled the finance portion was very nice, extremely competent and not super pushy to sell add-ons, although after listening to him and his reasoning I did purchase one. So far this was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. The people at Flemington Infiniti (even those I only said hello to) were some of the nicest I have ever met at any dealership. They all treated me with respect and as if I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle they had in inventory. If I owned a dealership or any business I would want my employees to do their jobs as these people do. Now all that's left is for the vehicle and service department live up to their reputations and my expectations. At this point I have no reason to expect that any future dealings will be anything other than the same quality treatment I have received thus far and that will make the entire Infiniti car buying/owning experience GREAT! My experience with the Flemmington Infiniti dealership was a great one - friendly service from real people (not overly salesy salespeople) with little stress. All my needs were met in a timely fashion - as in you arent sitting there for hours and hours while your salesman goes and kicks his feet up in the managers office. Allen Conklin is a great guy - Professional, courteous, and a real human being (not the stereotypical car salesman). He's a guy you could sit and have a beer with, or three, for sure. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my purchase since this was my first Infiniti. Everyone on the Infiniti Flemmington team is professional, courteous and willing to help. Shopping for a vehicle has such a bad rep because of the sheer amount of unhelpful and snake-like dealerships and salespeople that are out there, but I am glad I ended up here for my purchase. I was at a few of the dealerships in the tri-county area and this by far was the best as far as price and flexibility to work with your budget. I had a slight issue with my brakes on my used vehicle and they took it in right away and gave me a courtesy vehicle (brand new 2015 infinit q50) to drive around while they attended to the problem. When I picked it up from the shop, it was cleaned again and I was given a detailed report of all their findings, charts and figures, as well as a thorough description and diagnosis and how they fixed the brakes. This was done at no expense to me and they are working beautifully. All facets of the process in buying my car were as easy as they could have made it, and I will be sure to tell all that I know to visit the Flemmington Infiniti dealer for their next purchase (or any of the dealerships apart of the Flemmington car/truck country family). As for my infiniti (Infiniti g37 coupe), I love that xxxx car - Im a young guy and this was my first luxury vehicle ive ever owned. They did a good job selling me as a future customer - you cant beat it for the performace/luxury amenities included. More
