Alex Mayer greeted us when we walked in and took care of us as we tried to find the perfect car. I was able to narrow down my search to two cars and decided on which one I wanted during the test drives. I got the Q70L Sedan. It is the first luxury car I bought, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the car. The bonus was the heated steering wheel! My husband and I wanted to buy a car from a dealership and salesman we felt we could trust. The minute we started working with Alex we knew we were in the right place. Seamless Experience Made Possible by a Great Team I just leased the QX60, my third Infiniti. This process couldn't have gone any smoother! I can't say enough good things about my experience which I just leased the QX60, my third Infiniti. This process couldn't have gone any smoother! I can't say enough good things about my experience which was the result of the entire team from Alex, Patti, David, Steve and Denis. I called Patti only a week before and told her I was thinking of trading in my QX56. After talking through some options she got back to me with specific details right away. She also took several of my calls and always made me feel like she had time to answer all my questions. The transition to dealing with Alex just felt like more of the same. He really took the time to explain the process from trading in one car to leasing the other. When I finally meet Alex the day we went to receive the car his professionalism, warmth and attention to detail were paramount. He had a personal touch that was, simply put, relatable. Taking the time to go over every detail of how to operate the car, pairing three phones and answering 100 questions were just a few examples of how Alex made the experience perfect. I can say the same for David who took the time to explain the trade, the lease and the different packages we could add onto the lease. He made the financial process, which is often the least fun, an enjoyable one! The entire team worked seamlessly to give us an outstanding experience. I will so refer them to anyone I know is looking to get a new car. More
