A Wonderful Experience I first contacted Infiniti and spoke to Patty. She was a friendly and personable person and I looked forward to meeting her. Although I was there for a business transaction and not to make friends, it was nice to speak to someone who actually cares how my day was going, rather than saying it as an innocuous greeting. I was handed off upon my arrival at the dealership to a lovely saleswoman named Dawn Taylor. Dawn was the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. She could intuit what I was looking for in a vehicle and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. I feel like I shouldn't have to put gas in the tank, rather I should be feeding my car raw meat. Love my first Infiniti. I finalized my purchase with Dave Younan, the business manager. I again felt no pressure, just a friendly approach for explaining what was offered and helping to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. Dave was a great guy even though he is a Panther's fan. I would come back to this dealership in a second and I wish that I had driven an Infiniti before a week ago or this wouldn't have been my first. More

I can honestly say that my wife and I found these traits with both Ed and Howard. My wife's SUV needed to be replaced. We had purchased an Infiniti for me a year earlier and dealt with Ed and Howard at that time. The experience was exceptional then, and this time was no different. We test drove many SUV's and dealt with many dealers, and it was no contest for us. Both the vehicle and the way we were treated at Flemington Infiniti made the decision easy for us. We LOVE the truck and could not be happier with our overall experience! This team goes above and beyond. The icing on the cake is the way you are treated after the sale. Any questions or concerns you may have, Howard and Ed are there to support you. I wanted to give a shout out to Paul Hickman in the Service Department as well. This team will not rest until you are 100% satisfied. This holds true even with the Infiniti we purchased over a year ago. I honestly can't speak highly enough of this team.
