The vehicle was delivered to us within a day or two and Alex familiarized us with all the equipment and services available. Fast forward to today - Flemington Infiniti continues to provide quality service in a professional and courteous manner. Ed Shoemaker arranged to have the vehicle picked up (concierge service), a loaner dropped off, and returned to us on the same day. This was for an oil change appointment. Can't say enough, but our next Infiniti will be from Flemington, which I believe says a lot. More

I felt comfortable every step of the way as Dawn worked with me during the test drive and showed me all the amazing features of the vehicle, she offered to stay with me as long as I wanted after my purchase and set up my bluetooth phone, radio, etc. Dave in finance (the scary place) made things easy and smooth during the financial part of the deal.
