He was very friendly,accommodating, knowledgable of the new Infiniti and at the same time not pushy . Once we took the test drive we fell in love with the car. Everyone was so friendly at the dealership. They could not do enough for us. We dealt with the preowned manager Bob Morse and he took very good care of us. He even gave us more money for our car than we originally agreed upon. After the deal was complete we dealt with the business manager for the financial dealings of the purchase. Like everything else we expierenced at the dealership this was the smoothest deal at had ever done. Lastly we met with Steve Kiley the general manager. He is a great guy, so caring and friendly. Steve should be very proud of his team. More

Overall Excellent Experience Drove a little over an hour to this particular dealership as they were the only ones in a 100 mile range with the car I was looking for. They were kind enough to hold the vehicle I was interested in until I was able to get there the next day. Dawn was extremely inviting and comforting from the moment I walked in the door. She was very pleasant and informative during the test drive and when we crunched the numbers. David was also very helpful and accommodating. I wish my interest rate was a tad lower but given the age of the vehicle, it was understandable. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase from Flemington Infiniti. It was very different from the normal car buying experience. I didn't even have to haggle as the vehicle was already aggressively priced. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them. Dawn made the process unbelievably smooth and enjoyable. The car is absolutely amazing too. Super clean, well maintained, and just in perfect shape. If you're considering a G37, do it!! More

The showroom and building are meticulously clean and neat and the showroom has examples of all current models. Everyone from the Salesmanager to the Service Department are very polite, friendly and professional. Their Service Department always maintains our cars and they are very experienced, excellent and honest mechanics who never push any unneeded repairs. Flemington Infiniti always provides a loaner car when maintenance or repairs are being done. This is our second Infinity and downgraded to a 4 cylinder tubo charged engine since this is all the power we need. Our salesperson Dawn Taylor was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She never pushed us into any extra accessories or upgrades which we did not need. She took her time explaining the features of the car including navigation and Infinity I Touch services which are great and not hard to master if you use a computer. She also took care of procuring the licence plate and registration and insurance for us making the buying experience very pleasurable and easy. David Younan the Finance Manager was also great to work with and also very knowledgeable and very efficient. He went into detail about finance options and helped us to choose the one most suitable for us. Overall our long association with Flemington Infinity has been wonderful and we highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used Infinity. Lastly if you are looking for a luxury sedan, sports model or SUV these cars handle beautifully, have good gas mileage and nice features and options. and need few repairs when maintained as recommended. They are great cars. More
