I purchased the car (a 2023 Nissan Rogue) from this dealership. We purchased the 7 year service package at that time. The dealership is not convenient to my home so taking the car in for service requ dealership. We purchased the 7 year service package at that time. The dealership is not convenient to my home so taking the car in for service requires advance planning on my part. This particular visit was very efficient. Sadly, even with an appointment, I often need to wait a long time (45 minutes) to get a service supervisor to take my order and start the work. That is frustrating. More
