I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer on 10/07/2021. The MSP price of the vehicle was 29K however before they showed the vehicle to me they said the price was dropped to 25K to fit my budget. This vehicle did not have navigation like I wanted but the sales folks continued to pressure me saying I could just use my phone. I also wanted leather so they agreed to put leather in the vehicle at no extra cost. During signing paperwork I questioned the breakdown of cost because it looked too high but the sales person brushed it off and said it was all correct. It was late at night and I had a child with me at the time so I agreed and was rushed through signing. The next morning, not even 12 hours later I reviewed the paperwork in more detail and noticed not only was I charged for the leather but also charged 999.00 for seller accessories (i don't even know what this is) and the extended Service Contract (2,799.00) which I also wasn't made aware of. I called the dealership right away and told them I wasn't happy and wanted to cancel this transaction in which i was told cannot be done. Once I posted reviews of this scam, the sales manager called me and asked how he can make it right but to date, has not been able to rectify this. In addition, there are several things wrong with the vehicle- door panels hanging off, CD player doesn't work, right mirror doesn't work. I also had a trade in for 6500- Cost of the car was supposed to be 25K- 6K with tax and GAP I should have paid around 21K but somehow I walked away spending 36K. These guys don't care about you or your wants. They only care about the money they can get out of you. Be extra cautious if you don't know much about cars and go alone- they will take advantage, 100%. I also filed a complaint with BBB. More
Great buying experience for my QX-50. My seasoned sales rep Glen was also wonderful and has tremendous knowledge about the Infiniti line of cars. I came into Infinity later in the evening and although my sales person was nice enough, I was talked into a vehicle I did not want. I was upfront about what I wanted yet despite that I walked out with a ve sales person was nice enough, I was talked into a vehicle I did not want. I was upfront about what I wanted yet despite that I walked out with a vehicle with only one of my requirements. In addition, they initially brought the price down on the vehicle to fit my budget but when I said I wanted leather they said they were going to deduct the leather fee from the cost of the car and add it in as an additive so it evens out. They simply kept the same discounted rate they initially gave me and added the leather so really, I paid for the leather. Even after I questioned it they convinced me it was accurate. I didn't really notice until I got my statement from the bank on what I owed. My bad for not paying close enough attention at closing. It was late, I was tired and I had a hungry child with at the time. I was distracted. The day after purchase I realized what a mistake I had made and called the dealership to see if I could retract the sale. They said there was nothing they could do. So... I'm stuck with this vehicle that is not functional for my family and a large monthly note to go along with it. You're better off going to carmax where they are truly looking out for what YOU want. Not just making the sale. I will never recommend Infinity or purchase another car from there again. More
