As expected. Was a little put out that I was told it would be an hour but it would up being 5 hours. Excellent experience with Service Consultant Marc Cooper 2014 Q50 was having an issue. I contacted my service consultant, Marc Cooper, and was able to choose an appointment time that was convenient for me. I 2014 Q50 was having an issue. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted immediately and met with Marc to go over the problem. Marc was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I was given a great loaner vehicle and was in and out quickly. Marc kept up communication throughout the repair and made it an easy process and great experience. The service technician did an excellent job and corrected the issue quickly.
