New Car Purchase I'm fairly new to this area having moved here from Atlanta a year and a half ago. I have used your dealership for maintenance and had a great experie I'm fairly new to this area having moved here from Atlanta a year and a half ago. I have used your dealership for maintenance and had a great experience with Ryan. This was my 5th Infiniti purchase and it was a good experience, but not as professional as Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta. I explained to Silvia and Joseph up front that I was use to dealing with one salesman in Atlanta. He was always calm and straight forward. I said please do not play games and put your best foot forward. Otherwise, I would be gone. I was close to leaving once, but we moved ahead and we finally made an ok deal. However, I did not feel as good as I did with my Atlanta experiences. Silvia was great and bent over backwards to please. As you know, she is a front person work. Joseph darted in and out and and I spend very little time with him. He was nice and polite, but always seemed in a hurry to get somewhere else....like he was juggling several buyers or did not want to get tied up with me for too long. I much prefer dealing with one person who can answer all my questions and knows what they can do and does not have to run out to another higher level for approval of every item. I did not enjoy being in a vacant office feeling like I might have to move at any moment which I did. At one point I had to sit in the lobby because the office was busy and I had no place to leave my valuables. In my view, the dealership is too small and crowded for the volume of customers you are trying to handle. There is hardly any room to park and I can't put my finger on it, but you feel like everyone is running around with their pants on fire except for the girl up front who spends more time with her boyfriend than seeing to customer needs. More
