However, I cannot give the experience a five star rating based upon events leading up the the service. I actually called the day before to make an appointment. There was no record of it when I arrived. This is indicative of a recurring theme at the dealership, given that I have twice before scheduled service and made clear that I had to have a loaner car for work and was assured that such arrangements would be made. On both such occasions I was advised that no loaner was available when I arrived. The first time, an employee took me to my office and picked me up several hours later once the service was complete. The second time I had to wait for a loaner to come back in. The actual services performed and pricing aren't an issue. But there is a serious disconnect between whoever is responsible for scheduling and the service dept. More
