Awesome service! Victoria Mulea was just the best salesperson I could have assigned to me in that she anticipated my needs even prior to being expressed. I had planned to purchase a pre-owned car until I interacted with Victoria and she guided me in opening my minded to a new car and then worked with me and her manager and executive manager to make that happen. I am most impressed with the car but my sense is that I could have found that elsewhere but the service provided to me was just above and beyond the call of duty, including Victoria being at my house in Hermitage at MIDNIGHT giving me guidance in using the navigation system. Today she assisted me in programming my garage door opener with the car opener as I had no one else to help me with that. I have never had such service anywhere. All that being said, your detail people missed a point as when my car was "detailed" it came back to me with my fingerprints still intact on the rear window glass. We notice!!! Sine the car was already in awesome shape, perhaps they didn't notice that fine point!. If I had to rate your dealership based on my experience, I would rate it 100% and most of that is due to Victoria Mulea and also to her manager, Marcus Thompson who intervened in the final stages on pricing and was also very helpful in assisting me with my decision.
