In closing out the service, Libby took the time to go over with my son the service that was performed on his car, and the associated costs for each service. My new infinity QX80 I searched the internet for weeks looking for a used Infinity QX80 with the price range my husband and I wanted with the options we wanted as well. We I searched the internet for weeks looking for a used Infinity QX80 with the price range my husband and I wanted with the options we wanted as well. We found one but did not have a DVD player. When I called about it, Eric said they could add the DVD player. So we headed to Franklin,TN to test drive. Nice truck and under 14,000 miles and smelled new. So, we get home to contact the bank to get financed. By the time we get financed and send the money to hold the truck, it ended up being sold within hours of talking to Silvia. So, she started looking for another vehicle. Every time she sent me the picture and the numbers with no DVD, I was like no. All day we are responding back and forth through text. My husband and I decided maybe we can add DVD later. Then Silvia sent another vehicle, but the price was more than 10,000 of what we wanted to pay, but it had a DVD. When she got through with the discounts, the brand new Infinity was only a few hundred dollars more than the used one and it had a DVD. Glenn and Alex helped with the financing. After signing papers, Glenn showed us every button that be pushed and how it works. They we friendly and patient. Especially Silvia because I texted her a lot. Even when it was bedtime. More
