See my review--- Extra Mile Jay does a very good job of helping and staying touch. But the dealership missed a chance to help a long time customer of Infiniti . I carelessly lost my auto keys and had one made for $400 or so labor and parts then returned to have a found key changed to the now new key for $160 or so labor only. While this was a dumb move misplacing the keys, really $160 to re-key a found key? We just moved to Nashville from Memphis, (yes terrible Memphis) because of grand kids. I bought one of the first Infiniti's sold in Memphis if not Tenn. and have since leased or purchased two, every three years if not two years. While Cool Springs had no benifit of my business, I am an Infiniti customer. Memphis always brought me an auto to drive while servicing mine. Rob Walker in Memphis would have made this key thing go away. More
Superior service under stress I walked out of a meeting in downtown Nashville and my Infiniti was dead. So dead that the AAA tow truck couldn't bring it back to life. I had to move on with my day but the guys at Infiniti of Cool Springs took care of everything without complicating my life. They texted me along the way and let me approve repairs on my phone. It was done in less than a day AND they let me apply my regular 20% off service coupon on the total bill. AMAZING. More

Excellent service in every department! Very knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted (QX80) because I had one in the past and loved it. Everyone at Infiniti of Cool Springs was friendly and knowledgeable of the veh I knew what I wanted (QX80) because I had one in the past and loved it. Everyone at Infiniti of Cool Springs was friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle and lease process. We couldn’t of had a better experience. We will be back! Also, turns out that the general manager John Bost is our neighbor. He went above and beyond to welcome us to Franklin and to let us know he was there if we needed anything at all. Great guy!
