Service of QX80 Frank was awesome to work with and certainly looked out for things I didn't anticipate. For example, Frank had my alignment done, even though it was Frank was awesome to work with and certainly looked out for things I didn't anticipate. For example, Frank had my alignment done, even though it was serviced for new tires and alignment a few months prior to this service. He stated that due to the rough roads during the winter/spring, this alignment was needed. WOW! that is looking out for the customer. In addition, techs noticed that there was an issue on the front wheel bearing (noticed on a road test). Frank had this service completed (under warranty). Thanks again! Only one observation was I had to follow-up to find out the status of the vehicle as it was nearing the end of the day. It goes a long way to get periodic updates so as to plan accordingly. More
