Warranty work for Used Vehicle purchase We purchased our used QX60 through another Non-Infiniti dealership. We experienced a hood latch problem within the first week we had the vehicle. It took a few calls, but I was finally able to connect with Frank who answered a lot of questions for us and let us know that we still had warranty coverage for our main issue. We had a couple of recall issues taken care of when we brought in our car as well as some maintenance items. We know have reassurance that our vehicle is in good working order. I love today's technology that sends texts with updates, estimates and invoices. The part that wasn't stellar is how many times I had to call in order to connect with someone who could help me. It took 4 calls and I was hung up on twice (not intentionally). More

I immediately saw a woman who was trading her 2013 Infiniti in for a newer one. She was emptying out her car and I asked her about the car and she immediately said she would never buy anything but an Infiniti. That was my first impression and so I felt comfortable from the start. We then met with a very informative and friendly sales rep who helped us find a 2015 q50 to test drive. The moment I drove it off the lot I knew this was the car for me. We then went through the approval process and we were given all the facts about this particular car. I never felt pressured once. I was extremely confident that this car and all the perks of being a certified car was the right decision. The whole process between sales and finance went smooth and I can now say I’m a proud owner of a 2015 q50. I would highly recommend Infiniti of cool springs. More

Very good, quick friendly service, on a rainy day. I don't have time to write a certain number of words to submit this every time I have one of my cars in for service. Jay has been outstanding and he is the only person that has said Hello. I just moved to Nashville and drive two 2017 Infinitis and I've been in for service. The only improvement I would hope for is to clean my cars up when servicing both cars have been returned dirty. Even the tires and inside had not been touched. Not Jay's fault. More

Panel was received in a timely manner, and our car was picked up at work with a loaner left in its place. Communication was via text, which is always appreciated as all parties are busy. When my car was brought back to me, they also delivered the accessories I ordered online, saving me a trip to the dealership. Once my car was delivered to me, I received a text within minutes from the service department that they were not happy with the new door panel and had ordered a new one. So instead of me noticing an issue and complaining, they proactively noticed the issue, which is awesome! More
