Deceptive Service Dept and Worst Customer Service EVER This dealership is a fraud. I have a 2011 Infiniti QX56 I bought in 2014. I have brought this vehicle in a total of 34 times since 2014 and out of tho This dealership is a fraud. I have a 2011 Infiniti QX56 I bought in 2014. I have brought this vehicle in a total of 34 times since 2014 and out of those 34 times 14 visits were for the same complaints. My vehicle "stutters" when accelerates and now makes a horrible noise when accelerating. It is unsafe to drive and I am a single mother of 4 kids, one of which has chronic kidney disease, so I have to have my vehicle to transport kids back and forth to school, work myself, and doctors appts/hospital visits for 3rd daughter. They have the worst customer service and the turnover rate at this dealership in unreal. The Assistant GM, Frank Marshall, is the most flat, uncompassionate individual I have ever spoken with, just plain rude!! Infiniti Consumer Affairs is just as bad and are unwilling to go out of their way to help or even review repair logs and current repair estimate of $41K + when presented to them. Told me vehicle is out of warranty and there is nothing they can do to help. This is an Infiniti not a hyundai. This is just complete FRAUD. More

Dead battery New QX30 with only 4,600 miles wouldn't start due to dead battery. Had it towed to dealership. Next morning battery was charged and held charge. Very disconcerting not knowing why the problem occurred. Makes me lose confidence knowing it may happen again. No problems in the last week. More
