Customer Service Representative Trey, the customer service representative was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, kept me informed and gave me all the information I needed to make Trey, the customer service representative was excellent. Due to the expense of using the dealer for regular maintenance, at around 120K miles, I decided to get regular maintenance at a shop I had used before that I feel the pricing is fair and affordable. Service call Spoke to Ryan about a noise issue I was having and he said come on by right now and we will take a look! Within a few minutes they knew what the problem was, put me in a loaner vehicle and Sent me on my way! They called me back in a couple of hours and my vehicle was repaired and riding quietly. The service department was awesome and people could not have been nicer and I did not originally purchase my QX60 through them but they treated me like I had. Will never deal with anyone else!
