Fast service I came in today to have visors replaced. While there I asked to have a diagnostic completed, which was done very quickly - it did come back that I had an issue that needed to be taken care of ASAP, which I appreciated. They were still able to complete my service in a timely manner with the addition of extra work. I do appreciate the fact that they are diligent in finding issues that need repair so that I can keep my Infiniti in excellent condition for years to come. More

Ryan Dunning is, by far, the best service consultant I've ever worked with. He is very thorough, efficient, and always very friendly. Replace converters Disappointed in having to spend this money to replace 2 converters when my car was running great but could not pass emissions. I hadn't been to this dealership previously, having just moved to the Nashville area. Terron made me feel like I bought several cars and was a valued customer. He also texted me throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. I walked away with a great impression of him and the dealership. More
