In saying that, the Floor Service Tech and the Service Writer(Mr. Cooper) gets stuck in the middle. The chemistry between the employee and the customer is critical to the success of the Dealer's Maintenance Service efforts. The customer may not always like or agree with the solutions to issues that the Dealer Service Writer has to respond with. Mr. Cooper has always tried to work with the customer in the best and worse of situations. The dealer can be proud of Mr. Coopers efforts on behalf to Infiniti. Job well done.. More
