Marc and his crew we Contacted this dealership after having a less than desirable experience regarding the Takata airbag recall at another dealership. Marc and his crew were diligent in their communications with me and performed the recall work (including replacement of the dashboard) within the estimated time. They provided a nice loaner car for a few hours while they were doing the work, which was very helpgyas we had several other errands to run that day. I was also grateful for the complimentary oil & filter change they performed, particularly since they use rhe same brand of oil that I use. They also performed a multi-point inspection so I would be aware of upcoming maintenance needs on the car. They did not pressure me to get this work done immediately; which I appreciate, since I perform most car maintenance at home. by the way, I have already purchased all the parts to perform the work they were recommending.
