Worst dealership I have been in a long time! And I love to buy and trade my cars. My trade was 33k and I was going to purchase a car for 36k online and when they brought me the paperwork it was And I love to buy and trade my cars. Where would that in anyplace or anytime make sense to even the stupidest person? They took my keys and wouldn’t give them back to me when i was ready to leave their foolishness! This is the manager and car salesman. I had to get irate and tell them over and over again I am a mother and it is 30 minutes before I have to pick my kids up from school (multiple times) (I also warned the car salesman multiple times before this that i had a responsibility to pick up my kids and he just was more worried about the deal and telling me to hold on)before the manager said give her the keys but will call you! Yeah! And they sure did. I could barely get out of there. I really wanted the qx60 and i really wanted to buy it from an “infinity” dealership. Now they could not pay me to take the car and go back in there again. Very sad and disrespectful what happened More
