Return visit for minor issue resolution The dealer had performed some work on my QX56 and a couple of weeks later, I experienced an issue where it was leaking oil. I returned and they immediately took it back, even though I did not have an appointment. I was hoping they could fit me in, but in only 30 minutes, they returned and all was OK, including performing an oil change! The issue had been a crimped rubber seal where the oil filter connects, but they resolved it perfectly. More

I explained I have been in sales and traveled for 40 years; I was not emotionally attached to a car and truly wanted something that 'fit my style'. She evidently truly listened (which is a gift for a sales person) and pointed out the features that were important to me; comfort, fit, ease of drive, and benefits. She e-mailed twice, which was just enough to not be a bother. I called in late December to confirm she had the color and packages I wanted. Went in on Dec. 29 to test drive and came back that night with a cash purchase. More
