Super quick service as always I was able to schedule a Saturday oil change at the last minute on Friday. I brought my Q50 in for the scheduled oil change and had lunch at a restaur I was able to schedule a Saturday oil change at the last minute on Friday. Good customer service I am giving you an excellent rating for the timeliness of getting me in to do the repair, the professionalism, and the ease of doing business. I I am giving you an excellent rating for the timeliness of getting me in to do the repair, the professionalism, and the ease of doing business. I do however have reservations about the fact that I had my rear brakes serviced (replaced rear break pads and resurface rear brake rotors) only 15,000 miles earlier and now having to have them serviced again for the same thing. I went ahead with the service and paid again. I am concerned about going forward and the expense I will incur. This is my first Infiniti. I know I didn't experience this frequency of brake repair with my previous cars and will be determining in future miles if this is the norm for this type of car. More
