Wonderful I brought my car in to have it serviced. Ryan Dunning was my Service Rep. He always greets my wife and I with a smile. He gets us in and out quickly. Oil change tire rotation I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 7am. I arrived at the dealership at 6:55. My service was good, but my car wash co I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 7am. I arrived at the dealership at 6:55. Professional exceptional customer care I have owned my car for about 19 months, but during this time I had experienced a slight vibration that was very annoying. After expressing my concer I have owned my car for about 19 months, but during this time I had experienced a slight vibration that was very annoying. After expressing my concerns Corey Worthington, my Service Advisor took ownership of my issue and went all out to pinpoint and resolve the issue. Because of my repeated experience with the issue it was escalated to Paul Bounds who also played an instrumental role in resolving the issue, I am sure there were other personnel working behind the scenes resolve the issue and my thanks goes out to them all. My confidence in the Dealership has grown tremendously as a result of all their efforts, I would be proud to recommend Infiniti of Cool Springs to all my friends. Excellent Job! More
