Awesome and super helpful Corey at Infiniti of Cool Springs was super helpful. Initially I spoke with Corey over the phone, explaining that my 11 year old Infiniti (that has Corey at Infiniti of Cool Springs was super helpful. Initially I spoke with Corey over the phone, explaining that my 11 year old Infiniti (that has driven like a champ year over year) was intermittently losing battery power. He listened and was super calming as he mentioned to bring in my car and stated they would check it out. I arrived as expected and indeed my car was whisked away and after a short period of time Corey was back to keep me informed of what was going on. Long story short, they diagnosed the issue, repaired my car, and now my car runs like a champ again. Loud shout-out to Corey! Thanks so much - you made a difference. Thank you Infiniti of Cool Springs for all that you do. More

He wanted me to test drive the QX60, my dream car, but I said I didn’t want to drive it unless I knew I could afford it! He asked me what he would need to do to help me make that decision! One of my sons works at the Plant in Symra! Which he took into consideration! Family discount!!!!we were their until after closing and no one was in a big hurry to leave!!! Just a great crew!!! More

Greg Morgan, Salesman met us in the p My husband and I stopped by the dealership without an appointment to inquire about certified pre-owned options. Greg Morgan, Salesman met us in the parking lot and escorted us in. He then tried to upsale us to a close out 2019 new vehicle....which he couldn't even locate a key for us to look in. We were planning to trade in our old vehicle in the deal so he got that information and took our key. After much discussion and negotiation, it was obvious we were not on the same page as far as price. We excused our self and asked for our key. I then had to ask 4 more times for the key as he kept coming back to us and "forgot" to get it in the sales manager's office. After he came back with an offer on an 85 month term, I very firmly told him that he needed to get me my key immediately! They had a large plastic cup full of everyone's key in the building. We walked out the door swearing to never go back. Then today Greg had the nerve to send us an email about additional cars in stock. He and his manager are exactly the kind of people who give the profession a bad name! More
