Had a recall issue with service Had a recall issue and front end alignment issue. Jay Garner was my service adviser. He was very helpful and informed me how long, what was being done and would check with me while I waited in the showroom. Not only did Jay come in several times to let me know the progress, he went the extra mile and made sure it was covered under warranty as we have a brand new QX60 with only 2900 miles on the vehicle. After completing the work, Jay let me know our vehicle was done and even walked me out to where my car was!! Jay and the entire team at Infiniti of Cool Springs were fantastic! I would recommend them as a dealership that goes above and beyond making the customer happy. Oh, and did I mention they washed my car too? You don't see service that good these days. More

I brought in my vehicle based on a mfr recall for a part. I arrived and was greeted promptly and my information was noted. I was asked if I wanted to wait or if I would like to have a loaner while the I arrived and was greeted promptly and my information was noted. I was asked if I wanted to wait or if I would like to have a loaner while the car was in service....wow a free loaner without having to ask. I took the loaner informations and grabbed a hit chocolate from their kick xxx coffee machine and headed out to run some additional errands. Came back when I was notified that the car was ready and returned the loaner and grabbed another hot chocolate and headed home with my vehicle cleaner than I had dropped it off. While I did not have a long interaction the interaction that I did have was positive. More
