I called with a very specific need, color, package, etc and Glen the salesman was quick to make it happen. The service was something that I had dreamed of but never expected to experience, but it was amazing. 30K Inspection Went in for my 30K inspection on my 2015 Q50. I had expected to have a hefty suggested service quote at the end, in which I did receive a $2400 quote Went in for my 30K inspection on my 2015 Q50. I had expected to have a hefty suggested service quote at the end, in which I did receive a $2400 quote for multiple things. Personally I do most work myself on my vehicle, but I appreciated Mr. Battle taking the moment to explain all of the items suggested on the list and which could be held off for another few thousand miles and so forth. There was never any pressure or push to get any service done as many other dealers of all makes do all too commonly. More
