I am a returning customer at Infiniti of Cool Springs having bought a CPO Infiniti G37 AWD coupe previously. I called concerning the value of my car on a Friday and was told about a 2019 Q60 AWD coupe th having bought a CPO Infiniti G37 AWD coupe previously. I called concerning the value of my car on a Friday and was told about a 2019 Q60 AWD coupe that sounded exactly what I was looking for. I made a 1:30 appointment for the next day. I live 1.5 to 2 hours drive time away. When I arrived and asked for the salesman I had the appointment with, Mr. Morgan, I was told he was with someone else and was sent to a different person. This salesman sadly told me the car had just sold. I was upset and wanted to see Mr. Morgan. Mr. Morgan told me there is no car held without a contract. So why make an appointment and let me drive 2 hours without a courtesy phone call? The manager tried to show me other cars but they had nothing in stock like the coupe. I learned the sale of a car comes before the customer. Good customer service and courtesy is free. I will not be a future customer there. More

My car was leaking water onto the passenger side floor when it rained. I had them fix and they did a bad job, left the interior of the roof filthy and charged me 2000% labor VS cost price . I had to bring it back shortly after because the problem happened agained. They kept the car for days without any updates until I showed up there unannounced and told me . Now I'm having the issue again and they want to charge me just to test it. Best part is I bought the car from them now I half to shell out 500 bucks every 18 months to fix the sunroof. Thanks Tre More
